Hi Katy, I haven’t personally set up one of these systems, but the two most budget-friendly solutions that I’ve seen work well for a room-scale use cases are an omnidirectional microphone or a set of individual wireless microphones. The latter is likely better if the room and spacing is very large, as each best mic and speaker for zoom meetings can essentially have their own microphone without wires all around the room.

Speakers are easier as long as you don’t need a high quality speaker built in i. For a more simple and budget friendly mestings, I think any conference speaker or non-bass-heavy speaker would work well if placed in the center of the room.

If you opt for a non-conference speaker, Sony or Bose speakers tend to produce clear voice in my opinion. Hope this helps! Thank you for your reply. Here is the part that I wasn’t able to explain.

I have a spider conference phone that breaks apart to have mics anywhere across best mic and speaker for zoom meetings gor. This would have been great but I was getting terrible feedback. I needed my laptop that was muted for the visual component besf was planning to call in with the conference phone for the audio but meefings those two things in the same room caused a great deal of feedback even when my computer was muted and mic turned off.

Here is how I rigged it. I had my surface pro connected to the projector to project the virtual attendees on the screen and to capture the room with my webcam over the room and then purchased a day before a blue tooth speaker that I had to move around the room because it didn’t pick up everyone. I thought I had the plan covered with the spider conference phone but that gave me horrible feedback so I found this great blue tooth speaker that connects to my surface pro but didn’t pick up everyone.

Yeah that does sound tricky. I can’t vouch for that one directly, but at Cabinet we’ve used a smaller Jabra conference speaker for smaller meetings and it’s fantastic! The larger room may be an issue though. Thank you! This is the blue tooth speaker I used that helped me in that pinch. I just had to move around the room for the Virtual attendees to hear everyone. With in my initial plan, I know I muted my computer and Webcam while I used the conference spider phone and there was still feedback.

That is why I went with blue speakee option you shared. That is such a perfect speaker and mic for zom smaller setting. I recommend to anyone. Thank you for нажмите чтобы прочитать больше help Evan. I truly appreciate it! Is anyone open to sharing a template they use for minutes?

Last update: May 19, Audio quality — A good zoom meeting mic should be able to pick up sound from a distance. It should also provide quality sound, be durable, and not be too expensive. Volume Control — Microphones with volume controls make it easier for you to set a good input level.

This ensures your mic is at the perfect volume for your conference, and not too loud or quiet. Mute — Having a mute button is handy, and is often quicker than muting it in the Zoom software itself.
