We have 3 computers on the same wifi; 2 connect to Zoom and one does not. Using the hotpsot on my phone does not connect for me either. If it goes far enough trying to connect I get error code If we use the web browser version of Zoom there are no issues.

There are also no issues when connecting via a hotspot, which lets us know that our firewall is blocking the site that Zoom is using to authenticate via Google SSO.
